"Had some hiccups, but..."
I placed an order for one case of wine, but it never showed up, so I reached out to Cambridge Wine. When it finally came, it was a different vintage than what I had requested. I got in touch with Cambridge Wine once more, and they really went above and beyond to sort things out during a hectic time. I'm quite impressed with their customer service.
